The 10 days challenge. (Part II)
Dear readers,
I am back to continue talking about my new goal, which is going to be harder for me to reach than I have expected but I'll accept the challenge anyway. So today, I didn't eat too much like I used to and that is a good sign. I went with breakfast, lunch and dinner and they were really small meals and I am really proud of myself. I also drank a lot of tea, instead of eating little snacks all day.
From the other side, I'm having trouble working out since it's been a really long time so that's why I using one of my favorite apps, it is the Nike Training Club. It's a great app and it has 3 different levels : beginner, intermediate and advanced. It allows you also to choose a goal you can either chose to get lean, strong or anything you like. This app is the best, it has a lot of features that are very helpful like videos as a guide while working out, you can create a playlist to workout to and it's more like an app for women. It takes forever for me to talk to you about it because it is my absolute favorite.

Now that I finished obsessing over this great application, I will talk about tomorrow, as I was told I will be studying outside school so I probably will be eating out so I hope I will try to control my appetite for fried food. I hope you too are aware that unhealthy for can be really delicious but it can cause a lot of damage.
