Dear readers,

It's been a while since I am thinking about making this article. Lately, I wasn't eating healthy or working out. So I decided committing to eating healthy and working out more often, which gave me the idea about creating a 10 days challenge for you guys and me of course and I will update this challenge later. I'll make sure to explain more in my next article.


I am starting with 10 lunch ideas:


Chicken Panini
Mozzarella and tomato salad

Chili-Spiced Salmon Salad





Turkey and Cucumber Sandwich
Spicy Couscous Salad

Fresh Tomato Soup

Chicken Pasta Salad
Avocado Soup with Citrus

Tuna Rice Salad
Pasta

  1. Tell me about NOT eating healthy or NOT working out enough...! That takes time and requires a severe sense of organization. It is also about finding the right trigger. Let's see if one of us (you, me, your readers...) managed to do it better after 10 days.

  2. Bon courage :-) My first step : to spend less time in front of the computer. In other words, move more even inside the flat... Not ready at all for the gym, I must say.
